Policies and Procedures

New Client Information

All new dogs must be assessed before their first day of daycare or boarding. The assessment is free, which includes a Meet & Greet with our owner & trainer to better learn more about your dog and their temperament. This will help us fully understand your dog and how we can best care for them during their stay.

As a customer, you have daily access to our staff. Feel free to call to check in on your dogs.

Hours of Operation

Monday-Friday: 7 am - 5 pm

Saturday: 9 am - 3 pm

Sunday: 8 am - 10 am

Drop-off and Pick-up Times

Drop-offs for DAYCARE are between 7:00 am and 10:00 am. Pick-up is anytime after 2:00 pm.

Drop-offs for BOARDING are between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Pick-up will be between 8:00 am and 10:00 am on the scheduled pick-up day.

Please note that there will be a $35 charge if you arrive outside of these times for daycare reservations and $40 for boarding reservations.

Cancellation Policy

Doggie Day Care:

24 hour notice - no charge

Walks:

24 hour notice - no charge
Full charge if cancelled less than 24 hour notice
Full charge if we arrive at clients house

Overnight Care:

2 days before arrival date 50% refund
3 days before arrival date - 75% refund
No refund within 24 hours cancellation
